Business Management Co‑ordinator – Campsfield Immigration Removal Centre
Hours: 40 per week
Location: Langford Lane, Oxford
Campsfield IRC is expanding, and we are looking for a professional, organised and proactive Business Management Co‑ordinator to support the Centre Director and Senior Leadership Team.
Role Overview
You will provide high‑level administrative support, manage confidential information, and act as a key contact for senior stakeholders. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth running of the centre and its leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative and organisational support to senior leaders.
2. Co‑ordinate schedules, meetings, actions and communication for the Senior Leadership Team.
3. Manage diaries, travel, appointments and correspondence.
4. Prepare documents, reports, and meeting minutes; maintain accurate records.
5. Greet visitors and support general office administration (post, supplies, invoices).
6. Assist with centre-wide communications and events.
7. Log and manage complaints professionally and efficiently.
About You
8. Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills.
9. Experience in administration, PA or secretarial roles.
10. Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
11. Professional, discreet, and able to engage with senior stakeholders.
Security Requirements
12. Must be a British citizen, EU settled status holder or have ILR from a Commonwealth country.
13. Subject to enhanced background checks, including financial and social media screening.
14. Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years.
