Responsibilities

You will do care coordination duties and manage a capped caseload, taking into account participation on the AMHP rota. The service may develop an AMHP hub in the future. Your professional expertise and approach will ensure individual needs and aspirations are supported at all times; management of risk and safeguarding is of paramount importance. You can expect commitment to your personal and career development.

* Good IT skills to support accurate and timely case recordings.
* Recognised Social Work Qualification, qualified as an AMHP and registered with Social Work England.
