Nursery Manager Up to Hours

What You'll Need
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities
* Confident leadership skills and a passion for team development
* A warm, approachable, and organized management style

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of nursery operations, from staffing to safeguarding
* Ensure the highest standards of early years education and care across the setting
* Support, inspire, and develop the nursery team through ongoing coaching and training
* Build strong relationships with families and act as the main point of contact
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and enriching environment for children and staff
