Following the launch of the new People Strategy and team re-design, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Operations and Resourcing Manager. This is a key position, responsible for the delivery of high-quality, compliant and efficient People services across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, pay and benefits data management, and policy development. You will lead and develop a dedicated team to provide an effective and customer-focused People operations service that enables the wider organisation to thrive.

You’ll play a critical role in enhancing Connexus’ Employee Value Proposition (EVP), building talent pipelines, embedding our new reward and benefits programme, and improving the colleague experience through streamlined systems and processes. You'll also work in partnership with leaders to improve recruitment capability, effectively manage employee relations casework, and support the development of an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Be CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
* Have strong strategic leadership with the ability to deliver complex people initiatives
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Experience in developing and implementing HR policies

The role of People Operations and Resourcing Manager has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
