£33,374 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

Responsibilities include:
* Taking care of young people daily, ensuring routines are followed, and creating lasting memories.
* Helping with morning routines, homework, paperwork, and planning activities.
* Engaging in fun activities in the evenings and weekends, such as gaming, sports, movies, or outings.

* Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
* Sleep-in payments: Up to 4 per month at £80 each, plus £1,400 Attendance Allowance (assuming good attendance)
