Job Description
Come join NEC Software Solutions and make a difference! Support delivery of our Eligibility Services through online, telephone, and postal applications. Act as the first point of contact for applicants and system administrator for NEC systems to input and process applications. Responsibilities include:
* Gathering and recording data professionally and accurately
* Liaising with applicants and processing information into the Northgate System
* Conducting eligibility checks and understanding relevant legislation
* Handling customer inquiries professionally
* Completing statistical reports and supporting system access requests
* Working as part of a team to meet targets
Qualifications
* Experience in contact/processing centres
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
* Excellent telephone manner
* Knowledge of service centre processes and policies
* Proficiency with Google Mail and associated tools
* Strong communication skills
* Proven track record of exceeding targets
