The Role
This is a structured 12-month development programme designed to provide comprehensive insight and practical experience across all areas of a successful hospitality business.
You'll work hands-on in all departments, immersing yourself in Rudding Park's culture and operations. Objectives will be set for each department, along with ad hoc projects. At the end of the programme, you'll present a project to the Senior Management Team.
Throughout the year, management trainees will attend relevant training courses as part of their development.
Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About You
You should demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for hospitality.
Applicants must hold a UK/EU passport or be eligible to work in the UK.
Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred but not essential; the programme can be tailored to your current experience, passion, and responsibility level.
Minimum requirement: A Levels or equivalent, such as Higher Education Qualification.
