A successful and growing Software company in London are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will be working alongside the Head of Customer Success and will involve managing the entire lifecycle of a particular segment of Enterprise clients and will shaping the success strategy to build a team and grow from within.
The ideal candidate must have a background and experience working in Sales and Success, and in an international SaaS, Web or Tech company.
Key Duties:
* Develop and manage strong relationships with a large number of clients to understand their needs and challenges
* Be the main point of contact and liaison between clients and internal teams
* Take on new accounts, onboard and adopt processes, increasing product usage within their organisations
* Empower and work with clients to align their goals and challenges with the company’s solutions
* Lead online Webinars and demos to educate clients on product features and best practices
* Work proactively to ensure clients know the full potential of the company and seek opportunities to optimize usage
* Implement strategies to reduce churn and identify at risk clients
* Develop retention plans
Key Skills:
* 3 years + experience in Sales & Success
* Experience working for an international SaaS, Web or Tech company
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to take initiative and self-motivated
