Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality financial due diligence reports for acquisitions, disposals, and capital market transactions.
* Manage project teams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met for a diverse client portfolio.
* Build and maintain strong networking relationships with referrers and key stakeholders.
* Provide data-driven insights and commercial acumen to help clients navigate complex transaction outcomes.
* Identify and focus on specific sectors or channels to drive future business development activities.
* As a Transaction Services Manager you will:
o Take ownership of the full transaction lifecycle, from initial scoping to final delivery.
o Mentor and coach junior staff members, supporting their technical development and career progression.
o Actively contribute to a pro-active approach to continuous development within the Transaction Services department.
o Work autonomously on defined projects while maintaining a collaborative approach within the wider multidisciplinary team.
o Support management teams in resolving the finer details of top-level instructions.
