Role Purpose: Bring a high level of Learning & Development expertise to design and deliver exceptional solutions and experiences for our people leaders—driving sustainable change and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Analyse organisational data to identify learning and development needs. Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership development programmes using a blended learning approach (70:20:10). Deliver culture change programmes and workshops at site level. Provide coaching and mentoring to people leaders and support complex development needs. Facilitate team workshops and bespoke L&D solutions for Business Units. Manage programme logistics, including nominations, participants, and guest speakers. Maintain programme scorecards, analyse impact data, and report monthly. Ensure learning transfer and ROI through line manager review sessions. Contribute to communication of L&D services across the business. Be a role model for mandatory training completion and professional practice. Be a Pilgrim's Europe ambassador, representing the living values. Measures of Success Positive NPS scores. Increased Business Unit engagement. Demonstrated impact through programme data. Closing gaps identified in needs analysis. Essential Skills & Knowledge Expertise in leadership programme design, facilitation, and evaluation. Strong understanding of learning theory, brain-friendly techniques, and neuropsychology. Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills. Ability to adapt content and delivery style to diverse audiences. Experience managing challenging groups, including senior leaders. Knowledge of diversity, inclusion, and equality in learning interventions. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. Desirable: Experience with virtual workshop design. Familiarity with 70:20:10 learning model. Ability to design interventions quickly and effectively.
