Harte Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a long-established Estate Agency in Dewsbury to appoint a Sales Negotiator to strengthen their small but busy sales team.
This role suits someone experienced, mature and confident in managing sales pipelines from offer to exchange, with the ability to build strong client rapport and keep transactions moving at pace. With recent team turnover, the agency now needs a Sales Negotiator who can bring consistency, reliability and strong communication to the department.
The Package:
* Up to £26,000 basic salary per annum (flexible for strong experience)
* Commission on exchange at 3–4% (4% for experienced hires). Historic OTE c. £200–£500/month.
* Monday – Friday 09:00–17:30, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 with a lieu half day.
* Career progression opportunity to progress to a Valuer / Senior Negotiator position.
