To work with the Farm Managers to achieve all aspects listed below plus covering other farms to provide help and cover – so full driving license is required, opportunity to develop the required knowledge to enable progression into a farm management role. This role will rove between 3 & 5 farms depending on requirements. To ensure that the highest standards are maintained in stock husbandry, bird welfare, flock performance and management. To ensure the highest site standards are maintained and the environmental & ethical policies are adhered to. To ensure site/s are audit ready and comply with all Noble and industry standards.
