Are you a Registered Nurse (RGN) looking for a Community Nurse role with real autonomy and a better work-life balance? We are recruiting for a Community Nurse to join a nationally recognised specialist healthcare provider, delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes across North London and North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to move into or continue within community nursing, working closely with patients while developing your clinical skills in a supportive, well-structured service.
The Role
Deliver IV therapies and clinical treatments in patients’ homes
Manage a caseload of 4–5 patients per day
Work in partnership with a leading NHS service provider
Provide education and support to patients and families
Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care delivery
Work autonomously while remaining part of a wider clinical team
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
Full UK driving licence
Post-registration experience in an acute setting
Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and sub-cut injections
Confidence working independently in the community
Strong organisation and communication skills
Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential.

Up to £46,000 per annum
Company car and fuel card or £4,877 car allowance plus mileage
London weighting allowance
