About the role: Support vulnerable clients and their families with best-interest decisions Assist with Court of Protection applications Provide clear, calm guidance in sensitive situations Work alongside health, social care and rehab professionals Mix of Legal Aid and private client work Location & hours: Based in Durham (some travel may be required) Full-time, 35 hours, flexible working About you: Solicitor or CILEX with up to 3 years PQE Experience with vulnerable clients (family law, mental health, safeguarding or COP work) Excellent communicator with a calm, empathetic approach Motivated to xxuwjjq learn and grow in a specialist area Why this matters: This is a chance to develop specialist expertise while genuinely improving lives .
