Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Some of the key responsibilities in this role will include:
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
* Managing the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, ensuring proper receipt, checking, monitoring, registration, and distribution across project teams, clients, supply chain, and contractors.
* Providing professional administrative support to team members to promote efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Leading a team of document controllers and/or assistants when required, developing and implementing procedures and guidance notes to deliver exemplary document management services.
* Developing strong relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system compatibility and effective communication.
* Providing regular progress reports on document status, including drawings issued, RFI/TQ registers, and technical submissions, as per project or contract requirements.
* Maintaining confidentiality and secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project information security standards.
