Assistant Quantity Surveyor required to join fit out / refurbishment / new build contractor based in the LLantwit Major, area. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from from a fit out / refurbishment background working on projects up to £3M. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside the commercial team to take sole commercial responsibility for projects. Responsible for review and improvement where required of company wide commercial processes and procedures.
