Overview
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers with a driving licence to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role requires a skilled, compassionate professional ready to take on greater responsibility and earn more.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one‑to‑one support to adults with a range of needs, ensuring a high quality of life.
* Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, including driving to appointments and community outings.
* Implement positive behaviour support strategies and manage challenging behaviours safely.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, record keeping, and report on individual progress.
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for people and the vehicle.
Qualifications & Experience
* Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent; if no qualification, extensive experience in social care is required.
* Strong background in mental health, autism, and/or forensic settings.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
* Excellent communication, empathy, reliability, and problem‑solving skills.
