Job Description
3. Coordinate and manage customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Support sales team with administrative tasks.
5. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
6. Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and internal teams.
7. Prepare regular reports on customer service issues for management review.
8. Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
9. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator should have:
11. Proven experience in a customer service role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
14. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
15. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
