At KFH we are looking for a Property Inspector to join our Build to Rent team in London.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough property inspections in a timely and precise manner.
* Document visible defects or breaches of tenancy through photographs and detailed descriptions.
* Serve as the primary contact for tenants encountering issues throughout their tenancy.
* Arrange and complete bi-annual property visits and elevate concerns to senior management.
* Manage inventory preparation and coordinate keys and onsite team awareness.
