About the Role
Are you passionate about coffee
and creating memorable experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic and
dedicated Barista to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team at Hoar
Cross Hall.
As a Barista, you will play a key
role in delivering exceptional beverages and speciality drinks to our guests,
ensuring they receive top-quality service in our dining and bar areas. Whether
it's a smooth espresso or a beautifully crafted latte, your flair and
commitment to excellence will help us provide an unforgettable experience to
our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages,
including specialty coffee and tea, ensuring that each drink meets our
high standards for quality and presentation
* Engaging with guests to provide personalised
beverage recommendations, share your knowledge of our offerings, and
create a welcoming, memorable experience
* Operating coffee machines and other equipment
safely and efficiently
* Maintaining thorough knowledge of our menu items,
including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions to
enhance guest experiences
* Ensuring that the bar area is consistently clean,
organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
* Working closely with other team members to ensure
smooth and efficient operations within the Food & Beverage department
What We’re Looking For
Essentials:
* Have excellent customer service and communication
skills
* Have exceptional attention to detail, especially in
the preparation and presentation of hot and cold beverages
* Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment while managing multiple tasks
* Be friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
attitude
* Have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
and holidays, depending on business needs.
Desirables:
* Have previous experience as a Barista in a
hospitality setting
* Have experience in providing excellent bar service
* Have Food Safety Training or a willingness to
complete training

* Full-time opportunities available
* Working 5 days a week out of 7
* Zero-hour contract
* Flexibility is essential, as you will be asked to
work when needed to support the team and meet business demands including
working weekends and bank holidays
