Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Full Time
Location: Sunderland
Contract: Full time, long term
Start: ASAP
Pay: £100 to £130 per day (PAYE)

What the role involves:
* Leading small-group learning and interventions
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons when needed
* Adapting resources for pupils with communication needs
* Working closely with SEND leads and class teachers
* Being a positive role model for pupils who rely on consistency
What we’re looking for:
* HLTA status OR strong equivalent experience
* Confidence leading learning
* Experience with ASC or complex needs
* Great communication and teamwork skills
