We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trader on behalf of our client, a reputable contractor delivering a large bathroom refurbishment programme in South East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and skilled operatives looking for consistent, ongoing price work within a well-established contract.
The Role:
1. Full bathroom refurbishments within occupied and void properties
2. Plumbing installations including pipework, sanitaryware and associated works
3. Multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and making good
4. Working across multiple blocks within a static site location
Requirements:
5. Proven experience in bathroom installations
6. Strong multi-trade skills
7. Own tools
8. Valid CSCS card (preferred)
9. Ability to work independently and to programme
10. CIS registered
