Job Description
Purpose
Red4Bed is a dynamic and innovative start-up healthcare/lifestyle company dedicated to revolutionizing the sleep market. We are currently transitioning from pre‑commercial to launch and are seeking an experienced product & brand marketing manager to lead us through this process. Phases 2–5 of the GTM plan require a full‑stack marketer capable of translating our Sage × Creator brand blueprint into engaging creative, performance-driven campaigns, and retail‑ready collateral.
Core Functions & Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market Execution & DTC Growth
o Lead launch strategy and performance across Shopify, landing pages, and UX optimisation.
o Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google to achieve CAC and ROAS targets.
o Integrate tools for 3PL and customer service to ensure smooth fulfilment and support.
2. Brand & Content Development
o Oversee creative production including packaging, photography, video, and UGC.
o Maintain brand consistency across all channels (tone, visuals, guidelines).
3. Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
o Build automated email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
o Conduct A/B tests to optimise subject lines, offers, and onsite conversions.
4. Influencer & Community Engagement
o Manage influencer outreach, seeding campaigns, and usage rights.
o Moderate and grow online communities (e.g., Facebook/Slack).
o Identify and execute brand-aligned co-marketing partnerships.
5. Insights & Analytics
o Conduct surveys pre/post-launch and translate insights into strategies.
o Track marketing performance (CAC, LTV, MER, unit economics) and report regularly.
6. Retail & Compliance Support
o Prepare trade marketing materials for retail (decks, POS, sell sheets).
o Ensure marketing materials comply with UK/EU regulations.
Experience & Skills Profile
* Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in business or marketing.
* 3–5 years experience in FMCG, wellness, or DTC start-up marketing.
* Experience owning physical product launches, including experiential events.
* Proficiency in Shopify, CRM, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, & Spark partnerships.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
* Proven skills in lifecycle/email automation and CRO testing.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Gantt project management tools.
