Applications are invited to commence as soon as possible for 6 months with possibility to extend.
Eligibility
All candidates must be eligible for full registration with the General Medical Council.
Responsibilities
This post has been specially designed for doctors with previous experience in Neurosurgery who wish to consolidate their clinical experience prior to Specialist Registrar training by getting experience to work at the middle grade level in this neurosurgical unit.
One of the post may also offer the additional opportunity to work closely with a team of consultants providing Skull Base & Vascular services including interventional neuroradiology.
This post is more suited for senior level neurosurgical training.
Training & Development
There is a well-established FY2/ST and Specialist Registrar training program and it is expected that the successful candidate will participate in these sessions.
Time will be allocated for educational activities to broaden the horizon of the candidate.
