About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious B2B marketing expert to revolutionize legal services by integrating AI into legal careers. Partnering with the VP of Marketing, you will own our demand generation ecosystem and position Lawhive as the leading technology solution for independent legal consultants. We want a proactive builder of marketing programs who aims to make a lasting impact in the legal industry and thrives on creating meaningful change.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and execute innovative B2B demand generation strategies to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
* Create compelling written and video content tailored to lawyers at various decision-making stages.
* Implement a personality-driven content strategy showcasing our expertise and establishing Lawhive as a leader in legal tech.
* Enhance our digital presence, especially on LinkedIn, to drive demand.
* Produce thought leadership content addressing industry challenges, including white papers, online events, webinars, and social media snippets.
* Highlight success stories of lawyers on our platform through case studies and narratives.
* Build relationships with trusted publications and influential voices to boost brand credibility and demand.
* Organize impactful in-person events to foster face-to-face engagement and position Lawhive at the forefront of legal innovation.
* Design an optimized digital funnel for demand capture, with effective lead scoring and nurturing.
* Analyze marketing performance metrics from initial engagement to deal closure, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven ability to develop and implement demand generation strategies that produce measurable results, especially targeting professional service providers.
* Successful experience in creating and executing social media-driven thought leadership campaigns.
* 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within legal or professional services sectors.
* Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
* Proficiency in multi-channel content strategies for sophisticated audiences.
* Strong expertise in social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn.
* Experience with account-based marketing and marketing automation tools.
* Ability to build industry relationships and partnerships.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign optimization and ROI measurement.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
