What You Will Be Doing:• Plan, deliver and assess high quality teaching and learning across A Level Psychology (an ability to teach a second subject would also be advantageous) • Provide effective academic and pastoral support to learners, supporting them throughout their educational journey. • Ensure all learners make exceptional progress from their individual starting points through the use of effective assessment and targeted intervention. • Develop learners’ wider knowledge, skills and behaviours to support their progression to higher education or employment. • Enrich learners’ cultural capital by contributing to a broad range of extra curricular activities, including educational visits, guest speakers and other enrichment opportunities.
