We’re thrilled to announce the opening of the first international store, launching in February 2026: a beautiful new co‑branded flagship that brings together Janie and Jack and HATCH on London’s iconic King’s Road.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a company at the very start of its UK expansion, with bold ambitions for growth and future multi‑site leadership opportunities.
As Store Manager, you’ll not only lead this landmark opening, you’ll also play a foundational role in shaping the brands’ presence across the UK. You’ll be trained in the United States, so candidates must either possess or be eligible to obtain an ESTA or U.S. visa.
In this role, you will:
* Champion a unified brand and customer experience across both worlds, from pregnancy through childhood.
* Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑performing team that turns every interaction into a memorable experience.
* Drive sales and performance, owning the P&L and setting the standard for excellence.
* Partner with the U.S.-based marketing and e‑commerce teams to ensure seamless omni‑channel storytelling.
* Act as an ambassador for both brands, hosting events and connecting with the local community.
