Social Media Manager - Instagram (Voluntary)
Hours: 4-6/week
Location: Remote (UK-based preferred but GMT+/- 2hrs is OK by us)
Reports to: Our founders (that's Tami & Victoria )
Why this role is a vibe:
You'll own our Instagram presence — helping us show up consistently, creatively, and with main-character energy. Think memes, reels, carousels, brand leadership stories, days in the life, and turning event BTS into shareable, bingeable content.
Responsibilities:
* Plan & schedule posts across channels
* Write captions in our playful, professional tone of voice
* Repurpose content from events & our podcast
* Engage with our community in DMs & comments
* Keep an eye on what's working — and what's flopping
You're probably…
* Obsessed with social & storytelling
* A Canva girlie (or aspiring content queen)
* Looking for mentorship & portfolio-worthy experience
