Job Description:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education to students. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Job Duties:
* Assisting with planning and preparing engaging lessons
* Supporting individual and small groups of students in their learning
* Providing feedback to teachers on student progress
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
* Supervising students during lessons and break times
Required Qualifications:
* Recognised HLTA qualification
* Enhanced DBS check
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience working in a classroom setting
* Good understanding of the national curriculum
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
* Additional relevant teaching assistant qualifications
Working Conditions:
* Temporary position with Full-Time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
