Our client is a multi award winning estate agents who have offices throughout the Yorkshire and Lancashire regions. They are currently looking for an experience Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their team in the Saddleworth area, this can be a partially hybrid position with offices based throughout the area. We are looking for an outgoing individual who can offer accurate and informative advise to their customers and who will provide a next level service. Ideally looking for a CeMAP qualified Mortgage & Protection advisor. Job Responsibilities · Following up leads from the busy sales team and contacting customers to identify their mortgage requirements and advising them in regards to any further products that they would benefit from. · Attending meetings in person in the offices throughout the Saddleworth area. · Offer advice about other products such as Life cover / Critical Illness and Building & Contents insurance · Working to MAB (Mortgage Advise Bureau) best practices. · Where possible to offer smooth processes to help customers complete their purchases. · Maintaining the clients pledge to treat all customers fairly and equally. Job Requirements · CeMAP Qualified is essential. · Excellent time management skills. · Negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the business and the customer. · Must drive and have your own transport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to become apart mortgage and protection team and who will endeavour to offer the best advice to their customers. The office hours of the branches are 9:00am – 5:00pm but this role will offer some flexibility with it being hybrid. The job role would also require someone who would be able to be flexible in terms of times to comply with the required responsibilities. Due to the nature of the role they offer an un-capped commission structure and a competitive salary based on experience. Some of their established Mortgage and Protection Advisor have been consistently earning upwards of £70K so for the right person it could be a great opportunity to build a career with the client as they are looking for someone long term with the possibility of future progression
