Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring safety and compliance.
* Prioritise breakdowns and plan PPMs to reduce downtime.
* Maintain accurate records and manage engineering stock levels.
* Provide hands‑on assistance during breakdowns and collaborate with production.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills with team management experience.
* Strong fault‑finding ability and understanding of engineering principles.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
* Familiarity with PLC systems and small project management.
