Teach Now is seeking a reliable, organised and detail-driven Reprographics Technician to support a thriving secondary school in Hertfordshire. This specialist maths and computing school relies on a highly efficient reprographics service to ensure teachers have high-quality learning materials ready on time, every time. About the Role
This behind-the-scenes but essential position ensures the smooth production of printed and digital resources used across the school. You will manage a busy workload of printing and copying requests, maintain reprographics equipment, and produce high-quality materials that support teaching, exams and whole-school operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Photocopying & Printing
• Producing worksheets, booklets, tests, newsletters, revision materials and staff documents
• Prioritising and organising print requests to meet tight deadlines
• Document Finishing
• Binding, laminating, collating, trimming, stapling and hole-punching
• Preparing professional, accurate materials for distribution
Technical & Administrative Duties
• Operating industrial printers, photocopiers, laminators, guillotines and binding machines
• Troubleshooting technical issues and organising equipment servicing
• Monitoring and replenishing stock such as paper, toner and binding supplies
• Ensuring the accuracy and presentation quality of all completed work
• Support for Wider School Functions
• Producing posters, displays, signage and promotional materials for internal use
• Handling highly confidential documents (e.g., exam papers) securely and professionally
