A growing residential property services company is seeking experienced Property Handover Cleaners to assist with move-out cleaning appointments across residential homes and apartments.
The role involves carrying out detailed cleans after tenants vacate properties, ensuring homes are ready for inspections and new occupants.
Duties include:
* Deep cleaning vacant residential properties
* Cleaning kitchens, ovens, cupboards, and internal surfaces
* Bathroom sanitising, descaling, and mould removal
* Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring
* Preparing properties to professional handover standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Own cleaning equipment and supplies required
* Reliable transport essential
* Ability to communicate clearly in English
Additional Information:
* Work is mainly available on weekdays
* Most bookings last between 4–8 hours depending on property size
* Occasional weekend work may be offered
* Pay rate: £15 per hour
