This role will put you at the forefront of our Business Centre. It is a fast-moving, challenging role that offers great exposure to our vibrant customer base, allowing you to have a direct influence on the service we provide.
You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and play a key role within the store's management team, including serving as Duty Manager at times throughout the week.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
2. Training your team in cash handling to minimize losses.
3. Controlling debt and recovering overdue or failed payments from customers.
4. Maintaining accurate and timely payroll records.
5. Engaging with customers to resolve issues and gather feedback to improve service.
6. Liaising with other department supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
7. Managing a team of customer-focused individuals in reception and checkout areas.
