The Opportunity
We\'re looking for a Temporary Recruitment Consultant who\'s ready to hit the ground running to support with an increase in workload. If you\'re passionate about sourcing top talent, building strong client relationships, and delivering results, this is your chance to make an impact predominately in our blue collar recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary and permanent roles
* Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms
* Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
* Build trusted relationships with hiring managers
* Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
* Support recruitment across East Anglia and other regions as needed
What We\'re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years\' recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or account management)
* Experience in Blue Collar or Facilities Management recruitment
* Strong organisational and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Passion for recruitment, innovation, and process improvement
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel required to Nottingham and other office locations)
