We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property consultancy for a Senior Surveyor to join their Rural & Agency team in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified rural surveyor to take on a varied and rewarding role, providing specialist advice across rural valuations, sales, and property consultancy.
About the Role
As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and services to clients across a broad range of rural assets. The role includes:
* Leading agency and management advice for rural land and property transactions
* Valuations for sale, letting, secured lending, tax planning, and rental purposes
* Consultancy on planning, wayleaves, sporting rights, access negotiations, and diversification projects
* Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
* Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards
What We're Looking For
* MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
* Full UK Driving Licence
* CAAV membership (desirable)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
