The Associate Group Manager reports to the Deputy Group Director of Operations and collaborates with Group Clinical Leads to develop and deliver a high-quality, patient-centered service within available resources. Key responsibilities include:
1. Operational management of specialties, ensuring communication, policy implementation, and achievement of business objectives and targets.
2. Leading meetings with Modern Matron and Clinical Leads to ensure effective operational management with reviewable systems.
3. Managing specialty performance to meet national and local targets, including developing improvement plans and reengineering care models.
4. Collaborating with the Group Finance Manager to meet financial and activity targets, and implementing risk reduction strategies.
5. Ensuring effective management of specialty budgets within Trust financial policies.
