Join Our Team
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our human resources team. This role involves partnering with our Ground & Rail business unit, serving as a vital link between the business and HR, and supporting key projects that drive business change and transformation.
The role requires nationwide travel to support several Ground & Rail operations across the UK and remote support for our Benelux teams.
Your Responsibilities
As part of our high-performing HR team, working within a defined HR Business Partner model, you will collaborate with HR Shared Services, Resourcing, Learning & Development, and Reward teams. Reporting to the Head of HR for Ground & Rail, you will support strategic projects related to new business, reward, employee engagement, organizational change, performance management, talent management, and employee relations.
You will utilize your stakeholder management skills to drive engagement and influence Business Unit Directors and General Managers, helping them consider risks and benefits to find pragmatic, commercially viable solutions.
What We Are Looking For
We seek an exceptionally talented, innovative individual with a collaborative approach to build relationships with key business leaders. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformative environment, with significant experience managing TUPE, change initiatives, and leading projects. Strong problem-solving and influencing skills are essential.
Experience working in third-party logistics or large transportation environments, familiarity with TUPE regulations, and internal talent management are required.
