Our Production Coordinators ensure that our manufacturing operations are carefully planned in the short to medium term, balancing supply and demand whilst considering machinery constraints and resource levels, all to make sure we continue producing our delicious Brioche products.
Contract Type: Full Time/Permanent
Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.30pm with some flexibility required to meet business needs
Salary: £28,500 to £34,000 dependant on skills, knowledge and experience

About the role:
• Produce a site production plan that balances supply and demand in the most efficient manner and ensure this plan is communicated to all relevant departments.
• Anticipate any potential deviations from or changes to the production plan and react accordingly.
• Ensure that the appropriate raw materials,consumables and labour are available to help meet the production plan.
• Analyse the production line’s P&L information monthly,identifying the different production costs and proposing and implementing a cost reduction plan.
• Monitor the health and safety and food safety training records of the workforce and work alongside the HR and HSE departments to book training sessions tomaintaincompliance with industry standards.
About you:
• Will be a proficient user of IT tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Have effective oral and written communication skills.
• Can remain calm, problem-solve, and take prompt decisive action in high pressure situations.
• Be able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively and carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
• Will have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience working in an FMCG environment is an advantage.
