We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join our friendly and caring Christian school. This role will involve you working in classes throughout school:
* supporting teaching and learning in classes
* planning and preparing lessons when the class teacher is not available
* delivering support to small groups to help improve outcomes for pupils.
This role would also suit a graduate who is considering undertaking a teaching qualification in the future.

This is a vital role within our school where no two days are the same in this fast-paced role, but job satisfaction is high.
The Purpose of the role:
* To deliver academic interventions.
* Supporting the class teacher.
* Working with children in small groups.
* To cover classes when the teacher is unavailable.
