We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven Retail Sales/Showroom Executive to join our client's flagship store in Newark. You will be part of a high-performing team providing world-class service.
Retail Sales/Showroom Executive Benefits:
* Salary: 30k to 40k DOE plus company bonus scheme
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Saturday (closed on bank holidays)

Role Overview:
The Retail Sales/Showroom Manager acts as the key link between products and customers, leading sales, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing product knowledge. The environment is fast-paced and high-pressure, requiring enthusiasm and resilience.
Responsibilities include:
* Influencing and increasing sales face-to-face, remotely, and online
* Handling daily in-store, telephone, and email sales enquiries
* Engaging with clients, providing exemplary service, and tailoring approaches to individual needs
* Learning and sharing product knowledge to maximize sales and customer experience
* Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
* Helping achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
* Managing supplier accounts, forecasting, purchasing, and stock analytics
* Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude as an ambassador of the company and store
* Operating sales, stock, and ordering systems, and handling financial transactions
Criteria:
* Passionate, motivated team player
* Experience in luxury retail sales
* Previous B2C sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in initiating contact
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Positive attitude and team spirit
* Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
* Flexible working days with rotational days off
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD experience preferred but not essential
* Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced settings
