Are you an experienced Engine Fitter with a passion for precision engineering?
We’re recruiting an Engine Fitter to join a specialist remanufacturing team supporting a range of critical contracts — including projects for the MOD.
Based in Telford, this hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills, a methodical approach, and the ability to deliver high-quality work to exacting standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Stripping and assessing engines and components to MOD standards
*
Following strict procedures for traceability, strip and survey documentation, and BOM accuracy
*
Rebuilding and testing engines to OE or AESP specification
*
Accurately recording job activities using the E10 system
*
Supporting the Workshop Supervisor by reporting faults and ensuring high-quality output
*
Adhering to company Health & Safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience in engine fitting, mechanical assembly, or remanufacturing
*
Strong mechanical aptitude and great attention to detail
*
Ability to follow technical documentation and quality processes
*
Confident with written records and basic Excel use – or happy to train
*
Organised, reliable, and capable of working under pressure
*
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
