A growing technology and manufacturing business is seeking a Supply Chain & Sales Administrator to provide operational and administrative support across supply chain, production planning, and sales functions. This is a varied, hands-on role ensuring efficient order processing, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
The Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager, you will support shipping, purchasing, stock control, and sales order administration while acting as a key point of contact for customer and supplier queries. The position requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain
1. Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and export paperwork
2. Pick, pack, and dispatch products; liaise with couriers via online portals
3. Raise purchase orders and related supply chain documentation
4. Organise supplier quotes and monitor order status and delivery schedules
5. Issue production paperwork, kitting documentation, and manage returns/shortages
