The Job: Lead technical design on land development projects, focusing on highways, external works, and drainage. Manage and deliver project packages to time, cost, and quality standards. Undertake and review design using Civil 3D, with drainage design software experience desirable (InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, or Causeway Flow). Prepare reports, specifications, and design documentation. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and statutory bodies to resolve technical issues.
