French and English speaking Customer Experience Representative
Location: Uden, North Brabant, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Hybrid work: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to €40,000 per annum

Main duties:
To deliver high-quality customer support and proactive engagement for French-speaking markets, supporting order processing, customer satisfaction and revenue growth initiatives.
The role:
- Provide professional inbound customer support via phone, email and digital channels
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle product, delivery and account-related queries
- Manage complaints and ensure effective resolution
- Conduct outbound calls to gather feedback, maintain relationships and support customer retention
- Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products (upselling where appropriate)
- Support onboarding of new customers and re-engagement of inactive accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM and order system records
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support commercial activity
- Contribute to a small, collaborative team environment
The candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (internal communication and training conducted in English)
- Additional languages such as Dutch or German beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support or customer experience desirable (open to varied backgrounds)
- Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Confident, friendly and customer-focused
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in order processing advantageous
- Interest or background in veterinary, animal health or related sector desirable but not essential
