Supported by one of the largest independent pharmacy chains in Europe, Day Lewis Pharmacy Works Closely with Compliance Team, Warehouse Team; Sales, Procurement, Operations and Goods in Teams. Reports Administratively To Pharmacist Manager/Responsible Person Key Responsibilities Maintain and control quality documentation, including procedures, inspection records and reports. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure all quality records are accurate, up to date and stored in line with company requirements. Conduct regular reviews of quality assurance policies, updating procedures as necessary to reflect best practices. Where required provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and compliance requirements. Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits. Assist in Analysing quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement. Track and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Maintain customer complaint logs and support investigation processes. Assist with internal quality audits and follow-up actions. Ensure non-conformance reports are logged and managed effectively. Coordinate calibration records where required Essential Criteria Previous experience within an administrative role (in a quality or manufacturing environment would be desirable). Strong organisational and document control skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. I.T. Literate - Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good, Clear Communication Skills (written & verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Be proactive and solutions focused. Desirable Criteria Thorough understanding of current BS EN ISO 9001 specification requirements Experience working within a Quality Management System. Knowledge of Pharmacutical wholesale processes. *Company sponsorship not available*
