An excellent opportunity has arisen to apply for a Colleague Centre Administrator role with Kingdom Service Group, working at our Head Office in Newton-Le-Willows, WA12.
Applicants should have achieved CIPD Level 3 or be working towards the qualification.
Salary: £25,000.00 - £27,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09.00 am - 05.00 pm (Half hour unpaid break)
Location: Head Office, Kingdom House, 1 Woodlands Park, Ashton Road, Newton-Le-Willows, WA12 0HF

Experience
What we need from you - skill base requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
Qualifications & Licenses
(holding or working towards a distinct advantage)
* Minimum CIPD level 3 or working towards
* CIPD level 5 or working towards a distinct advantage
* A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of two work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
The successful applicant will match the below skill set.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including excel and word. Working knowledge of other HR management systems would be an advantage.
* Communicate effectively with team colleagues and partner with key stakeholders.
* Work effectively in a challenging environment & comfortable with change.
* Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with high diligence and an ability to plan and prioritise to meet timescales and deadlines.
* An adaptive person who can hit the ground running and motivated to drive their own personal development and willing to develop new skills and undertake responsibility.
* A collaborator as well as working independently with a focus on sharing best practice.
* Interpret and support the future critical and high priority needs of the business.
