The role…
Offering up to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience.
We have a superb opportunity for a talented Chef with exceptional culinary skills to lead the restaurant team. You will be experienced with an emphasis on serving fresh quality food. You will be highly organised, energetic and forward thinking with a passion to lead, motivate and develop the team.
Working closely with the Executive chef you will head up a small team to deliver a Grill and a la carte menu, using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce. Great opportunity for a first head chef role, or someone looking for a more structured environment with the opportunity for support and development within the company.
