Salary: Circa £45,000 plus
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a growing team and continue to develop your career. The team acts for clients who have obtained serious injuries as a result of personal injury and clinical negligence or client associated with the firm’s thriving private client team.
Responsibilities
* Act on behalf of clients with serious injuries from personal injury and clinical negligence.
* Handle a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters.
* Work collaboratively within a close‑knit team.
* Support the firm’s private client team where relevant.
The Candidate
* At least 1 year PQE as a Court of Protection Lawyer.
* Sensitive, empathic, and flexible.
* Proactive with a willingness to learn and develop.
* Team player keen to work with like‑minded individuals.
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload of matters.
