Welsh language Skills need to be learnt when appointed to the post. The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support for both hospital and community services. There will need to be a high degree of flexibility as this role will provide cover for the various administrative roles within the service across multiple sites. By the nature of the duties, the post holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, relatives, visitors and health professionals with courtesy, sensitivity and discretion. Provide administrative cover for a variety of clerical roles as directed by the Administrative Team Leader. The post holder will be expected to cover other sites and other departments as part of their role.
